This week…

This week I will be doing a tasting of six sparkling wines, each with interesting flavor profiles. I will be posting the reviews here, once I complete the tastings. The wines will be:

Mionetto Prosecco, NV

Piper Heidseick, Cuvee Brut, NV

Argyle, 2007 Brut

Raventos, Cava Blanc NV

Croser, 2004 Petuluma Brut
